    Hello, lovebirds. For today’s Valentine’s special, I have a few ideas that will help make your special someone feel happy and loved. 

Write a song for them. 

Making a song for a loved one can sometimes be hard. But that’s okay. Just make it straight from your heart. No matter what, your heart speaks louder.  How you feel about the person can be expressed through lyrics. This could be very helpful for any songwriter because you can create something. A few musicians who wrote love songs always made a great beat. Whatever you think can make a love song will always work, no matter what. Believe in yourself, and you’ll do great with your writing. 

Fun activities

Playing fun games with your loved one is awesome. It’s great for growing your bond, bringing you closer, and giving you the opportunity to goof around. Going out on the town and doing something new and exciting is always a great idea. For example, you guys can go out bowling. Bowling is enjoyable because you can have fun competing on who hits the most pins. If bowling isn’t your thing, then why not go mini golfing? I love the idea of mini-golfing mainly because the course looks fun, and there are certain levels for new or recurring players. Another fun activity is going to an arcade. There are always some classic arcade games, such as Street Fighter, Pac-Man, and Sonic. 

DIY Jewelry

Doing this is so meaningful. Instead of buying one, why not make it straight from your own hands? Here is a beautiful necklace you can make. All you need is twenty-four gauge wire, a stone, and a necklace chain. Another thing you could make is a bracelet. Making the jewelry gives you the ability to add many sentimental things that you and your partner have done together. After you make these one-of-a-kind pieces, the next thing you could make for them is a jewelry box. Think about how much jewelry they may have. It would be great to hold all their important jewelry since they may have something that has a lot of value to them. 

Picnic 

Picnics are the best thing to do. It’ll be nice going to a picnic spot and bringing your favorite foods. Just think about it: you have a beautiful spot, a cozy blanket, and maybe some great music. All you need to create your own romantic getaway is some creativity, a door dash, and a nice blanket. Just make sure it’s not raining. A great picnic spot to go to is Bailey Park, C. G. Hill Memorial Park, and Salem Lake Trail. Bailey Park has great scenery and good spots to choose from. Since it’s downtown, you can grab a quick bite from any restaurant or store that sells food. Salem Lake Trail has many great trails where you can walk around a nice lake, where you can fish and go canoeing. The last spot is the C G Hill Memorial. This has a good little walking path and a wonderful lake view. Go on a picnic to connect to nature and connect to your partner!

Make a Playlist

Me being the music wiz, why not make a list of songs both of you like listening to? Music is the key to getting to a person’s heart. You guys can even discuss why you like that certain song and how it makes you feel. Music has a way of getting into your feelings and, at times, setting the mood for both of you. The playlist can contain a mixture of your favorite songs and her favorite songs. You can always tell how a person feels with what type of artist, song, or album they listen to. Music is strong and can always bring people together no matter what genre they listen to. Remember, music is always a huge part of our lives. 

Lego Plants 

As we reach the end of this list, let’s end it with a fun concept. Lego plants! Ah, yes, the wonders of building and making Lego flowers. They’re cool because they bring out your creative mind, and they’ll look great in gift baskets. Sets you can buy range from a single flower to a blossom tree to wildflowers that are in the real world. The idea of this is to show that you will do whatever it takes to build an even bigger bond with your loved one. And if they already have some Lego flowers, why not look for a specific one they do not have yet and may want badly? You guys could even build them together. It’ll be the best experience y’all will ever have while listening to the playlist you may have made.
